Registration for the 2023 MOACAC Annual Conference is CLOSED

Registration for the 2023 MOACAC Conference in St. Charles is now closed. If you have an extenuating circumstance that prevented you from meeting the March 7 registration deadline, please email [email protected] for the consideration of a late registration. All registered attendees should check their email inbox leading up to the conference (April 2-4) for important information and updates, such as parking, check-in, and the conference program (mobile app).


Annual Conference Session Schedule

The conference includes a full schedule of activities, including educational sessions, engaging speakers, a conference social and Bingo combo, and multiple networking opportunities with vendors and colleagues.

Continuing Education Credit

One credit hour of graduate continuing education will be granted through Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO for 10 hours of conference participation. A $75 application fee will be required to complete the course and obtain a transcript showing your credit. If you have questions, please email Lindenwood Professional and Continuing Education at [email protected].

The grant application deadline has passed. If you would like to attend conference but need grant assistance, please contact [email protected]. We can continue to review grant requests but funds are not guaranteed.

  • I need to submit a budget proposal for the conference. What should I expect to pay?
Full Conference Pricing

 

College Professional: $195 for Members / $225 for Non-Members
High School Professional: $150 for Members / $175 for Non-Members
Independent Counselor: $195 for Members / $225 for Non-Members

Single Day Conference Pricing

College Professional: $125 for Members / $155 for Non-Members 
High School Professional: $100 for Members / $125 for Non-Members 
Independent Counselor: $125 for Members / $155 for Non-Members

  • Are meals provided? Three meals are provided. Breakfast Day 1, Lunch Day 1, and Breakfast Day 2. Accommodations will be made for dietary restrictions but you must list your dietary restrictions when prompted on the conference registration form.
  • How can I volunteer with conference planning? There are several opportunities to volunteer with the following committees: marketing/communication, sessions, on-site, vendors/sponsors, registration, social, and outreach. Committees begin meeting regularly in November. If you are not able to commit to serving on a planning committee, please consider volunteering on-site at the conference. You will have the option to sign up for an on-site volunteer role on the registration form.
  • How will I receive updates on the conference? Please bookmark the conference website for updates and check back periodically. The MOACAC newsletter and social media will include important conference announcements as well. Once conference registration closes on March 7th, you will begin receiving details via email that are specific to your arrival and attendance (i.e. parking, schedule, socials).
