Come hear updates from colleges and universities from the surrounding region at the upcoming 2023 MOACAC College Connection Conferences (CUBE).

HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS
  • Registration deadline for high school counselors is August 25th.
  • This is a MEMBER ONLY event and you must register before the event in order to attend. Walk-ins are not allowed.
  • MEMBERS: You must be a member and logged in to your MOACAC member account in order to register. After logging in to your account, you can complete the CUBE registration. There is no cost for a member high school counselor to attend.
  • High school counselors will receive their college representative contact information in each college's individual update sheet.
  • Do you need assistance in covering transportation costs to attend CUBE? HS Counselors can apply for a MOACAC Event Grant to assist with transportation costs to CUBE. Membership is required in order to attend CUBE as well as to complete the grant application form. Click this link in order to complete the MOACAC Event Grant Application.
COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVES
  • Registration deadline for college reps is August 25th.
  • This is a MEMBER ONLY event and you must register before the event in order to attend. Walk-ins are not allowed.
  • CUBE registration will be $80/college.
  • For each additional college fair representative, there will be a $10/person charge.
  • College reps will receive high school counselor contact information after the event.
CUBE Format
  • Colleges will have 2 minutes to present information not included on the College Update Form. There will be three sessions of updates, followed by a college fair for the high school counselors.
  • You will receive a detailed CUBE agenda, a College Updates packet, and additional information prior to the CUBE Conference.
  • College Reps: Click HERE for the College Update Form
  • College Update Forms are due by Monday, August 28th. If not received by then, they will not be included in the college update packet sent to high school counselors.
